Reservation Deposits & Policies

This form is a reservation request only. A representative will contact you to confirm availability and finalize your booking.

  • Once a site has been assigned, you must respond within 24 hours with a deposit or the site will be released to another guest.
  • The deposit equals the first night's rent for stays under 30 days, or $250 for a reservation of a month or more.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. There are no refunds for site deposits or early departure.
  • Annual guests who pay for a lease agreement and a site will be informed and may choose another available site.
