Reservation Deposits and Policies

Once a site has been assigned, you must respond within 24 hours with a non-refundable deposit or the site will be given to another guest. Deposit is equal to the first night’s rent for anything less than 30 days, $250 for a reservation of a month or more. A non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. Exception: If an annual guest pays for a lease agreement and a site, they will be informed and able to choose another site that is available at that time.
